Cranberry-Apple Smoothie

Zutaten:

2 Äpfel (ca. 250 g)

100 g Cranberrys

50 g Vanillejoghurt (1,5 % Fett)

100 ml Vollmilch

Zubereitung:

Zuerst die Aepfel waschen, trocken reiben, schälen und grob würfeln.

Cranberrys in einem Sieb waschen und abtropfen lassen.

Alle Zutaten in den Smoothie Maker geben und mixen.
